Hawaii Army and Air National Guard personnel manned an in-person distribution site near the Diamond Head crater, March 31, 2021. Health care customers and other eligible residents who have registered on the Hawaii Emergency Management Agency website have been receiving personal protective equipment for the last 12 months.
