Secretary of Defense Dr. Mark T. Esper embarks today, July 16, to visit Naval Air Station Oceana Dam Neck Annex, Virginia.
While there, Secretary Esper will meet with leaders and Sailors to assess the effects of COVID-19 on training and operations.
