MANAMA, Bahrain (NNS) -- No one was
injured when an MH-53E Sea Dragon helicopter assigned to Helicopter Mine
Countermeasure Squadron (HM) 15 made a hard landing Aug. 22, following an
engine malfunction.
The hard landing at Bahrain
International Airport caused damage to the tail section of the aircraft.
Airport operations remain normal.
The incident is under investigation.
