PACAF selected for 11 individual, 5 team AFMS 2014 annual awards

2/11/2015 - JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM, Hawaii -- The Air Force Surgeon General announced the recipients of the Air Force Medical Service 2014 annual awards Feb. 10.

Among the winners, 11 individuals and five teams were selected from Pacific Air Forces.

The categories were based on criteria outlined in AFI 36-2856, Medical Service Awards.

The recipients' accomplishments included patient care in forward-deployed locations, world-class research and teaching, improvement of home station medical care, outstanding oversight of the medical Personnel Reliability Program and innovation.
