The Reserve
Officers Association (ROA) will present an award to the outstanding Warrant
Officer of the Year for calendar year 2019. To be eligible the candidate must
be a Warrant Officer in grade CWO2 or CWO3.
All packages shall
be submitted per COMNAVRESFORINST 1650.11C and the attached ROA Nomination Form
through the supporting Navy Reserve activity's echelon 4 chain of command.
Endorsed packages will then be uploaded onto the COMNAVRESFORCOM Command
Services SharePoint page under the awards tab and placed in their perspective
folder (https://private.navyreserve.navy.mil/CNRFC/Special_Assistants/N01A/Pages/default.aspx) Nominations are
due NLT June 15, 2020.
