AFMC Airmen among winners of 2014 AF Medical Service annual awards

2/10/2015 - FALLS CHURCH, Va. -- The Air Force Surgeon General announced Feb. 10, 2015, the recipients of the Air Force Medical Service 2014 Annual Awards. Fifteen Air Force Materiel Command Airmen and three AFMC teams were listed among the winners.

The award categories include both individual and team awards, based on criteria outlined in AFI 36-2856, Medical Service Awards.

The recipients' accomplishments include patient care in forward-deployed locations, world-class research and teaching, improvement of home station medical care, outstanding oversight of the medical Personnel Reliability Program and innovation.
