Joshua W. Ehmen from the 3rd Operations Group, Joint Base
Elmendorf-Richardson, AK was the PACAF 2012 Col Joe Jackson Award for
Excellence in Mobility Tactics winner. This award represents our very
best in the significant achievement in mobility tactics, application of
innovative weapons or tactics employment, and the instruction or
evaluation of tactics which significantly contributed to the increased
readiness of the MAF.
SSgt Matthew D. Counts from the 374th Logistics Readiness Squadron,
Yokota AB, Japan was the 2012 PACAF Colonel Gail Halvorsen Award winner
(Outstanding Air Transportation Individual of the Year). SSgt Counts was
recognized for demonstrating outstanding professionalism and
performance in executing our PACAF mission.
