Program helps military voters with upcoming election

KEESLER AIR FORCE BASE, Miss. (AFRNS) -- All 50 states, three territories and the District of Columbia will hold general elections Nov. 2. Puerto Rico will not hold an election this cycle.

All citizens residing outside the United States who have not registered or requested an absentee ballot this year should do so as soon as possible.

To register or request an absentee ballot, use the Federal Post Card Application.

Go to www.fvap.gov, and follow the prompts to register and request an absentee ballot for the Nov. 2 election.

Some states allow submitting the FPCA by e-mail or fax, in addition to regular mail. The instructions will tell you how to fax or e-mail the form. (Courtesy of Air Force Print News)
