Roy-Alan Agustin's selection to brigadier general is also bringing
about a change in job. His was one of several general officer
assignments announced by the Air Force chief of staff March 7.
Agustin, Air Force Reserve Command civil engineer and deputy,
Installations and Mission Support here, is being reassigned as director,
Installations and Mission Support at Headquarters, Air Combat Command,
Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Va.

Air Force, Pentagon, Washington, D.C., to special assistant to the
commander, Air Force Materiel Command, Joint Base Andrews, Md.
Brig. Gen. Timothy S. Green, director, installations and mission
support, Headquarters Air Combat Command, JB Langley-Eustis, Va., to
director, civil engineering, Deputy Chief of Staff, Logistics,
Installations and Mission Support, Headquarters U.S. Air Force,
Pentagon, Washington, D.C.
Brig. Gen. Steven D. Garland, commander, 36th Wing, U.S. Pacific Air
Forces, Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, to vice commander, 14th Air
Force, Air Forces Strategic, Air Force Space Command, Vandenberg Air
Force Base, Calif.
Col. Andrew J. Toth, selected for the grade of brigadier general,
director, assignments and air expeditionary force operations, Air Force
