Ceremony Colors

 

A sailor adds a streamer to the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit battle colors during a ceremony aboard the USS New Orleans in Palau, Mar. 1, 2021. The unit held the ceremony to rededicate the battle colors on the unit’s 54th anniversary.
